This is achieved by cementing very small brackets on the teeth, that control each tooth individually. Gradually by the help of the arch wires that are slotted into the brackets shifts the tooth in it's perfect position in the jaw. The process usually takes 12-18 months depending on the severity of crowding and/or bite problem.
